NY Indian Fusion Wedding (part 2)

We’re back with our NY Indian Fusion Wedding (part 2).

The second day of Paavana and David’s summer wedding included a beautiful Catholic ceremony at St. Barnabas Church. Afterward, guests enjoyed cocktails, dinner and dancing at DeSeversky Mansion.

Amidst the celebration, a special surprise awaited guests. Paavana and David wanted to create a “speak easy” vibe for their guests. They enlisted  The Dappered Den to create a unique experiential space {A Scotch Lounge} where guests could enjoy a sommelier led Scotch tasting, and hand rolled cigars.

This NY Indian fusion wedding exemplified how to seamlessly incorporate two people and two cultures into one magical weekend. To cap off the evening (and the end of a great weekend), the bride and groom, who are both avid cigar aficionados and sophisticated Scotch drinkers, shared their favorites with their guests. The sommelier educated the guests, taking through a 7 spirit tasting.
