Jamila and Damion’s Wedding: November 10th, 2011

Late December 2011, we gave you a sneak peek at the wedding of Jamila and Damion.  And now we’re back to blog all about it!!

November 10th, 2011 was a gorgeous day for a Long Island wedding. There was perfect fall weather at The Fox Hollow, awesome friends/family and some of the cutest kids around.  All who came in celebration of a couple’s beautiful love.  We don’t think that you’ll find a sweeter couple than Jamila and Damion; they’re so appreciative, warm, true, compassionate people!  And if you don’t take our word for it, let us tell you that every single vendor thought so too!

It’s true!  These two had the guests and us ladies of Erganic Design tearing up throughout the day (Jamila in her dress, JaSean in his tux…) Then especially when the heartfelt vows were being recited…. oh bring on the tissues! (if you haven’t checked out the sneak peek video, you should!) But ultimately it was all worth it — And special THANKS to Rev Will for a beautiful ceremony!

If the ceremony had us crying, then the reception had us smiling.  From the bridal party’s entrance and opening dance to get the guests on their feet, to JaSean’s superior dance skills (did we mention he’s 5?), to the wonderful words spoken by close friends.  The jam packed dance floor was thanks to Gary at 74 Events. You couldn’t help but have a great time!

P.S—to the bartender who made the chocolate martini’s: well done!!

And now for the wonderful imagery, provided by photographer Aaron Almendral:
